Our aim is to Produce and deliver goods of the highest quality.

 We try to keep a stock of all products all year round.

 However we may run out of stock of certain products and therefore may not be

able to fulfil your order. When this happens, we will advise you immediately and

you will be given the opportunity to order an alternative product or cancel the order.

 

All prices quoted are in British pounds sterling (£). We are not VAT registered

therefore none of our products are subjective to VAT. Orders are accepted at the sole

discretion of The Ludlow Pickle Company Ltd and are subject to your credit or debit card

being authorised for the transaction. All transactions are conducted through

Payment Sense secure server.

If you wish to pay by cheque please call us on 07977044173 for details of how to

place your order. Please note that the goods will only be dispatched once cheque payments have cleared.

 

Despite our best efforts to ensure that the information on this website is correct and up to

date, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from

the use of this information, nor can we be held responsible should it become

inadvertently out of date.

 

We reserve the right to remove products from our range at any time without prior

notice and without liability. Prices may change from time to time and all products

are subject to availability.

We cannot accept returned goods unless faulty, except by prior

arrangement, by telephone, in which case we will deduct the original cost of

postage and packing from any refund, plus a 25% handling fee. The goods must be

returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging and suitable for re-sale.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Complaints Procedure

We endeavour to respond to all complaints within three working days. Please

contact us using the contact details given above. If for any reason we cannot

resolve your complaint immediately we will advise you on how long we expect it

will take and keep you fully informed throughout the process.
