Honey and Mustard Dressing
Our cold pressed rapeseed oil is blended with French wholegrain mustard and local to Shropshire honey.
Ideal for topping salads and hot new potatoes.
Our home-made honey and mustard dressing is hand crafted in our kitchens using locally sourced cold pressed rapeseed oil.
It is then blended with a traditional coarse whole grain mustard from the south of France together with Shropshire honey, a hint of white wine vinegar and a pinch of Guérande sea salt.
It is the perfect accompaniment to any salad and for something different, try it drizzled over pan-fried sausages
