An intensely flavoured Balsamic Glaze ideal for salads, pasta and roasted vegetables. Thick, velvety and delicious.

Our home-made Balsamic Glaze is hand crafted in our kitchens using high quality Balsamic vinegar from Modena Italy, sweetened and reduced to create a smooth velvety finish that is not too sweet nor too acidic.

This perfectly balanced condiment can complement the widest range of dishes to include fresh fish, vegetables, even fresh strawberries.

Our Balsamic Glaze is particularly well paired with salad and new potatoes.

The Balsamic Glaze won a silver award at the Ludlow Food Festival 2018

Ingredients: Balsamic vinegar of Modena, Sugar, Cornflour.

This product may contain traces of nuts and/or sulphites.

Keep refrigerated once opened.
